How to Pay Your Rent and Service Charges

Rent is due weekly, on a Monday and in advance. WECH does not accept payment in cash for rent and service charges. We accept cheques in person or by post although they are not the preferred method of payment because they have to be processed manually. We do not accept payment by credit card.
We prefer if you use one of the Allpay methods of payment which results in the money getting into our account automatically, reliably and quickly.

Allpay Ltd has allowed WECH to provide a complete and convenient payment solution for our residents. There are many payment options available including telephone payment. If you are paying online or by telephone, to get started all you’ll need is your WECH payment card and your debit card.
